Mr. Aloysius NGARAMBE

Mr. Aloysius Ngarambe is the current Chief Executive Officer of GAH Ltd, a role he assumed in October 2023. He brings over 18 years of dynamic leadership and executive experience spanning the private sector, public institutions, academia, and non-profit organizations across East Africa. A seasoned strategist and transformative leader, Mr. Ngarambe is renowned for his ability to drive institutional growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining GAH Ltd, Mr. Ngarambe held senior leadership positions including Managing Director of Apparel Manufacturing Group Ltd, General Manager of Mukamira Dairy Ltd, and General Manager of Trust Industries Ltd. In each of these roles, he led major business turnarounds, market repositioning strategies, and operational overhauls. He also served as Director of Planning and Cooperation at the Catholic University of Rwanda, where he contributed to academic development and institutional partnerships.

Mr. Ngarambe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Kenya and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from the former National University of Rwanda. His professional expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, organizational restructuring, project and portfolio management, and entrepreneurship.

At GAH Ltd, Mr. Ngarambe is leading efforts to unlock the company’s full potential by enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and building sustainable partnerships aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Mr. David KIIZA

Mr. David Kiiza is the Chief Operation Officer (COO) of GAH Ltd, a role he took on in June 2025. He brings over 14 years of hands-on experience in agribusiness, supply chain management, cooperative development, and agricultural value chains. His expertise spans both the public and private sectors, with a focus on driving operational excellence, productivity, and inclusive agricultural growth.

Before joining GAH Ltd, Mr. Kiiza served as the Local Sourcing Manager at Africa Improved Foods (AIF. His leadership in coordinating a nationwide extension team and managing large cash flows helped strengthen contract farming across more than 200 cooperatives in Rwanda. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Rwanda Development Organization (RDO), Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), where he designed and executed projects in sustainable agriculture, biofortified food systems, school feeding, and irrigation infrastructure.

Mr. Kiiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Crop Production and Horticulture from the former National University of Rwanda and has received additional certifications in agronomy, financial management, seed systems, and agro-enterprise development across East and Southern Africa.

Known for his strong leadership, operational efficiency, and commitment to farmer empowerment, Mr. Kiiza plays a critical role at GAH Ltd in overseeing core operations, optimizing supply chains, and aligning production systems with the company's growth strategy.

Mr. Patient Byiringiro

Mr. Patient Byiringiro is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of GAH Ltd, having joined the company in June 2025. A results-oriented finance professional, he brings over eight years of high-impact experience in public financial management, audit and assurance, corporate governance, risk management, and financial strategy. As CFO, he leads GAH Ltd’s financial planning and reporting, risk oversight, investment strategies, and stakeholder engagement to support the company’s long-term sustainability and growth. 

With strong command of national financial systems, project finance, and institutional performance management, Patient is committed to enhancing financial performance, fostering transparency, and aligning financial systems with the company’s strategic ambitions.

Prior to joining GAH Ltd, Patient served as a Senior Consultant in PwC Rwanda’s Government and Public Sector practice, where he advised numerous public institutions and international organizations on financial reforms, governance frameworks, capacity building, and regulatory compliance. His contributions were instrumental in supporting Rwanda’s transition to becoming IPSAS compliant and enhancing financial accountability systems across key sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Université Libre de Kigali. He is also a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM). Beyond his corporate role, Patient is a columnist for The New Times, where he writes about Rwanda’s development reforms, public finance, and governance. He is also an active member of the International Consortium on Governmental Financial Management (ICGFM) program committee
